Starting out from a small Ford Escort van, Chris then opened his first workshop, a one-bay in a service station at Hurlstone Park NSW, in 1990. At the time, Chris was the only person in Sydney servicing and repairing sideloaders, forklifts and trucks.

In 1991, Chris expanded to a bigger work shop in Greenacre NSW and was appointed STEELBRO Service Agent from Container Transfer Equipment.

Needing a much larger workshop, Chris moved to an open space factory in Bankstown NSW in 2006 where he currently works with his son, Pierre servicing a very high percentage of the sideloader industry including Hammar and Swinglift.

In 2011, Alpha Group Australia (NSW) were appointed SWINGLIFT® NSW Service Agent.
